U.S. Senator Adam Schiff toured Brooklyn Basin in Oakland to experience local efforts to build affordable and mixed-income housing along the shoreline. Brooklyn Basin will redevelop 64 acres in Oakland into a transit-oriented mixed-use neighborhood with residential, retail, commercial, open space and recreation facilities.
