We advance our mission through three highly integrated areas of work:
Housing Development
We deliver high-quality, affordable multifamily homes with proven expertise in site acquisition, community outreach, site planning and design, entitlements, complex financing, and construction management.
Property Management
We provide professional management across our portfolio, including deep experience in all aspects of operations, compliance, training, facility maintenance, and community relations.
Resident Services
We invest in the success of MidPen residents through comprehensive, on-site services that support education, physical and mental health, and economic stability and mobility, all provided by our staff and a network of service partners.
