Jennifer joined MidPen in April 2022. She works closely with MidPen’s CVEC, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors to further the long-term vision for more fully living MidPen’s guiding principles, both within the company and in our communities.


Jennifer has more than 10 years of leadership experience in the health care (Mayo Clinic, Henry Ford Health System) and non-profit (United Way) sectors, with empathy, collaboration, partnerships, and relationship-building as the driving forces of her leadership style. She has received countless awards and accolades for her leadership and impact from organizations across the country. A native of Metro-Detroit, Jennifer is a strong proponent of volunteerism and mentoring youth. She also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in University of Cincinnati’s Political Science Department.

Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid coin collector and traveler. So far, she’s visited over 50 countries and all seven continents.
